Eight Maids a-Milking Postcard

Something about paper goods just goes with Christmas. This set of 12 festive printed postcards will be joining the ranks of paper Santas, paper-chain garlands, and cutout gingerbread men in my collection of holiday paper things this year—you?

A bright mix of reds, pinks, whites, yellows, greens, and blues make this series colorful enough to hang on a Christmas tree, and their design style makes them feel sort of like a lively set of tarot cards. The paper stock is heavy with a smooth matte eggshell finish, and the postcards are large enough to require a standard first-class stamp. Each postcard’s back has address lines and a color-printed partridge in a pear tree.
